The Republic Community Library is now open.

The hours will be as follows:

          Monday           3:00 to 5:00

          Wednesday     3:00 to 5:00

          Saturday          1:00 to 3:00

The village of Thompson #1 has recently had infrastructure improvements.

New water lines were installed with 2 new fire hydrants.

The roads were recently repaved!

The Redstone Township Rec Center is now open for walkers from 8:30am till noon, Monday thru Friday.  Also available are treadmills and weights.  Basketball is not permitted during this time.  We will be closed on Monday November 2 and Tuesday November 3 for Election Day. 

Redstone Township just had the delivery of a new 2009 Crown Victoria Police Cruiser and an 2008 Ford F350 Plow truck with salt spreader and a 2009 International 7300 series Plow truck.

• Grzenski Street
• Roberts Road
• Route 40 (by Dairy Queen)
• Center Gas Road
• Recreation Drive
• Braznell Road
• Twin Hills Road
• Davidson Road

Redstone Park:

• Work being done on the walking trail.  Please pardon the mess!
• In the process of installing rain gardens"
• Install a new T-Ball Field especially for the little tykes with a 120 foot fence
• In the process of paving the Walking Trail.
